We at Easy Villas Mallorca recognise the increased uncertainty caused by the Coronavirus, we would like to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you up to date of any changes and that your health, safety and wellbeing comes first.

You might be wondering if this is the best moment to book your next holiday or what will happen with your existing booking. Given these circumstances, we here at Easy Villas Mallorca have decided to give some answers and alternatives to these questions.



Q: I don’t know how the pandemic will proceed but I’m still interested in booking my next holiday. Which cancellation policy do you offer?

A: Due to Covid-19 crisis, at Easy Villas Mallorca we have changed our Terms and Conditions for future bookings. You can check our new Cancelation Policy below:

From the reservation moment up to 48hrs after 0%
From 48hs after reservation until 28 days prior to check-in day 10%
From 28 days prior to check-in day until check-in day 100%

Q: When it comes to the cleaning of the villas, which are your safety measures?

A: Knowing that disinfection is the principal concern these current days, at EasyVillas Mallorca we have decided to use safety and hygienic measures according to the protocols, with specialized products (as the antibacterial “Christenys” among others) to guarantee the total disinfection of our properties before every arrival.

To ensure these tasks are properly performed, we have opted for delaying the check-in time to 17:00h. The check-out remains at 10:00h.

Apart from this, we offer an extra cleaning service to your liking (not included in the price of the villas) for the customers that require so.

Q: What if my new booking gets affected in the future by a flight cancellation?

A: Easyvillas Mallorca will offer you the same options we are offering now to our existing bookings.


Q: I already have a booking with you but I am not able to travel to the destination. What can I do?

A: From now on, if authorities don’t change their advice to travel to one of the destinations we work with, Easy Villas Mallorca will continue operating as normal, as per in our Terms and Conditions.

Q: What happens with my booking if my flight gets cancelled?

A: Subject to your flights being cancelled or medical reasons Easy Villas Mallorca also gives you the option to change your dates just paying for the difference in the nightly rate.

IMPORTANT: These offers have no cash value, cannot be transferred and once re-booked may not be amended.

Q: Do I need to provide for any document to move my booking?

A: Yes, you do. All modifications must be justified by a cause of force majeure. From EasyVillas Mallorca we will request a document proving the flight cancellation.

Q: What happens if the property I booked now is full for future dates?

EasyVillas Mallorca will offer you different options from our 150+ properties considering the accommodation size and standards of your property.

Q: None of the options mentioned above satisfies me. Can I cancel my booking?

A: Yes, you can cancel your booking as per in our Terms and Conditions.
