Q: I don’t know how the pandemic will proceed but I’m still interested in booking my next holiday. Which cancellation policy do you offer?

Q: When it comes to the cleaning of the villas, which are your safety measures?

A: Knowing that disinfection is the principal concern these current days, at EasyVillas Mallorca we have decided to use safety and hygienic measures according to the protocols, with specialized products (as the antibacterial “Christenys” among others) to guarantee the total disinfection of our properties before every arrival.

To ensure these tasks are properly performed, we have opted for delaying the check-in time to 17:00h. The check-out remains at 10:00h.

Apart from this, we offer an extra cleaning service to your liking (not included in the price of the villas) for the customers that require so.

Q: What if my new booking gets affected in the future by a flight cancellation?

A: Easyvillas Mallorca will offer you the same options we are offering now to our existing bookings.

Q: I already have a reservation with you but I am not able to travel to the destination. Can I move the dates of my stay?

A: Yes, it is always possible a modification of your dates (subject to availability).

In cases of force majeure, the dates can be modified without penalty (as long as the new dates are the same or similar). Note that if you contact us within the 5 days prior to your check-in date you will have to assume 150€ for villa preparation expenses.

Q: What happens if the property I booked now is full for future dates?

EasyVillas Mallorca will offer you different options from our 150+ properties considering the accommodation size and standards of your property

Q: A change of dates does not satisfy me. Can I get my reservation refunded?

A: Yes, you can if yours is one of the following cases.

• Closing of borders, both in the sending and receiving countries.
• Strict travel restrictions (does not include travel recommendations).
• Strict home confinement in the country of origin.

Please note that to offer such a refund, the cancellation request must be made within 45 days prior to the reservation, and not before. We at EasyVillas Mallorca need to know with some certainty the measures applicable to the start date of the reservation. A villa preparation fee of 150€ will be required if your cancellation request is made within the 5 days prior to your check-in date.

Q: Which are the cases when I do not get my reservation refunded?

A: In the following cases your money will not be refunded:

• Travel health recommendations applied to one or both countries involved.
• Cancellation of flights (in this case, the customer will be offered a voucher for the price paid to make a future direct reservation).
• Willingness not to start the trip for reasons beyond our company.
• Illness of any of the participants in the reservation.

Q: Do I need to provide for any document to move my reservation or get a refund?

A: All modifications due to force majeure or refunds must be justified documentary. From EasyVillas Mallorca we will request this document proving the case you are attending to.
