Penthouse Centaurus Beach is a welcoming apartment ideally-located second line to the sea and walking distance to the well-known Pine Walk and within two-minutes walk from the worldwide famous Hotel Illa d’Or. The apartment is located at the second floor of a building of apartments with a lift. The main door opens to an open plan lounge/sitting area with air-conditioning. An independent fully-fitted kitchen with a side utility room is at your disposal.
The property can house up to 5 guests in its three bedrooms. A single bedroom and a double bedroom with twin beds share a family bathroom with a shower. A double bedroom with a queen-sized bed provides an en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms have natural light and the two double bedrooms have its own A/C unit.
We are yet to unveil the best secret: A rooftop chill-out area with a buit-in BBQ offers amazing views to the sea and the mountains. It is for the guests’ unique use and it can be accessed from the living room.
Penthouse Centaurus beach is a newly-arrived property at our portfolio, it has all the ingredients to offer unforgettable holidays with easy access to all the amenities of the sought-after resort of Puerto de Pollensa, yet sitting at a quiet residential area.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
