Villa Son Tord, with its amazing rural location, great privacy and high quality finishing, is the perfect holiday villa for all those guests looking for peace and relaxation, yet being in close proximity to the pretty town of Arta and the sandy beaches of Cala Torta, Cala Ratjada etc. Surrounded by unspoilt forests and beautiful nature, Villa Son Tord can accommodate 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with the bonus of extensive private outdoor areas with lawn, sunbathing terraces, pool and no nearby properties overlooking: a true oasis of peace and relaxation under the warm Mallorcan sunshine.
Inside, the villa is stylish and spacious (measurning around 160 sqm). It has been beautifully finished making wide use of wood and local stone, carefully mixed with modern amenities and details with the aim to offer a truly unique holiday experience surrounded by total peace, privacy and relaxation. On the ground floor there are a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area together with 2 bedrooms, a family shower room and a wc. On the upper floor there is a master bedroom suite with its own bathroom and terrace. The lounge is full of natural light (large floor-to-ceiling windows) and is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, DVD player. The large, modern kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with 4 cooking rings, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The bedrooms on the ground floor are twins (both air-conditioned) and share a family bathroom with shower (as well as an extra WC available on the same floor). The master bedroom suite (air-conditioned) is located on the upper floor (accessed via an imposing tiled staircase), and is a true delight. It has its own bathroom with bathtub as well as direct access to a private terrace enjoying breathtaking country views over the green forests of Arta.
Outside, Villa Son Tord is surrounded by extensive private grounds with pool (9.5m x 4.5m), garden, terraces, as well as beautiful terraces equipped for al-fresco dining, barbecue and rattan sofas. Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
This is a truly unique setting to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, while listening to the gentle sounds of nature.
The generously-sized pool is provided with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, and it is the perfect spot to enjoy the lovely Mallorcan weather all summer long.

Wir hätten gerne einen Sonnenschirm gehabt, allerdings waren beide Ständer defekt. Einer der Terassenstühle war kaputt und nicht mehr brauchbar. Bei dem Preis für die Villa hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass man sich nach Meldung der Schäden am ersten Taplus

Está muy bien todo el tema de la digitalización, pero al entrar en la casa sería mejorbque hubiera alguien para enseñarla y explicarnel funcionamiento básico de las cosas.
Por otro lado, hay una desproporción muy grande entre la hora de entrada el dplus
