The villa is spacious, offers 3 huge bedrooms as well as wide common areas, and is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn ideal for ourdoor living. The perfect location of the property allows all the guests to visit the most attractive areas of Northern Mallorca (such as Pollensa, Alcudia, Formentor etc).

Inside, this large independent villa is set over 2 floors connected by an internal staircase (plus a small poolside outbuilding ousing outdoor dining facilities). There will be plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy a stress-free holiday! The airy ground floor houses the main living area. There is a spacious and beautifully decorated lounge with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, dining table as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large oven, microwave, extra dining table). A traditional Mallorcan staircase leads up to the first floor where 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are located. The bedrooms, attractively decorated, are surprisingly spacious and are respectively a double and 2 twins. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have direct access to extensive terraces overlooking the gardens and the fruit trees. On this floor there are also 2 fully-tiled bathrooms with walk-in shower.

As well as the indoor areas, also the gardens of Villa Volantina are set to impress and specifically designed to let the guests enjoy in full the pleasant Mallorcan sun and atmosphere. The large private pool is provided with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, and there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor dining (a barbecue is also provided).
