Outside, the true Mallorcan charme of Beach Villa Arles will surprise you. Totally private, the gardens are planted with Mediterranean trees (olive trees, palm trees, flowers, shrubs) and are an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The generously sized private pool measures the impressive size of 50sqm (10m x 5m) and depth is between 1m and 2m. Comfortable sunbeds are provided for the guests tu enjoy long days of tanning. Poolside shower is available. A brick-built barbecue and outdoor table and chairs are the perfect complement for al-fresco dining in deep contact with the nature.

The villa is beautiful. Lovely open space and fab pool.
Bedrooms have air conditioning but set to a timer. Prefer to put on and off as needed.
The location was further from Puerto Pollensa than thought, so car definitely needed. Nearest supermarket uzobacz więcej

Wir hatten einen wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Super Ausstattung und Lage, es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sich um alle Wünsche umgehend gekümmert. Ganz toll!

We liked everything about this Villa, loved the walk in pantry filled with glasses, cups etc.
Plenty of towels, all so Spotless.
The pool was gorgeous.Especially with the light on at night.
Books to read was a bonus.

Maybe having the rubbish bins closer to the Villa, the walk was lovely but somebody older or with a disability may find this a struggle.
Also for 6 people there didn't seem to be enough hot water,

Easy Villas were a pleasure to deal with.
The Villa is wonderful, spacious and the outside area excellent with a large pool.
The location is superb just 1.1 km from the sea front and less than 5 km to the Old Town - important for us.

The owners were very accommodating and allowed us early check in. The villa was clean and towels changed twice a week. Overall an excellent experience. |

1 - after a storm the pool has silt and dust settle on the bottom and whilst we did make Easy Villas aware of this we had to call again to ask for the pool to be cleaned. When we did the owner reacted that day.

2 - the villa was advertrised as having air con. It has air con however it is restricted as to when it comes on and in our case the timing was not good. We did ask Easy Villas to get it changed and this did happen after a daytwo and eventually for our last two days also. I think the air con should be more flexible but ideally at the guests discretion. I would even pay for it! 3 - the outside space here is superb with a super terrace in the shade BUT I would recommend that the owners add a comfortable outside seating area - an outside couch and arm chairs and coffee table - these are common place in all good villas now. |

Hot water didnt really get hot, only warm and there wasn´t very much of it! A new boiler and new shower head holder in the main bathroom would make it perfect!
