Ca'n Gosp is a lovely stone Mallorcan villa sitting in the countryside between Pollensa and Alcudia, close to the boundary between the two towns enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding farmlands from its beautiful lawn gardens.

Within ten minutes of the house, you can be walking the craft shops in Pollensa’s pretty cobbled streets, sipping coffee at a table in the main square or climbing the 365 steps to the Calvari church for its magnificent views. The bay of Puerto Pollensa is also within easy reach to feel the sand between your toes, take a dip in the calm waters and indulge your taste-buds with the huge choice of eateries on offer before retreating once again to the glorious tranquility of your villa

Inside, the house is very well appointed with comfortable, modern furnishings and air-conditioned bedrooms. All creature comforts have been thought of including, hairdryers, satellite TV and table tennis.

The combined living and dining area has comfortable sofas, ornamental fireplace, a TV and the wooden beamed ceiling over the dining table gives the villa a real Spanish feel. There are a set of 2 patio doors from the living area open onto the shaded terrace overlooking the pool and the dining area out to the covered terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons and there is a great dining area adjacent to the lounge ensuring plenty of space for eating inside and outside the villa. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

There are 4 bedrooms in Villa Can Gosp, two of them are on the ground floor and they are decorated in cool tones, they have twin beds and air conditioning. On the first floor there are two more rooms, one of them is with double bed and air conditioning and the other one is with twin beds and air conditioning.

The swimming pool is surrounded by lawns and sun terrace whilst for those seeking the shade and respite from the hot sun, there is a very pleasant shaded terrace complete with large rattan sofa and purpose built barbecue house.

Villa Ca’n Gosp can sleep up to 8 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
