The stunning Villa Guillona is an exciting property providing unique comfort in great location between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. This stone-built villa is set within manicured gardens, perfectly landscaped and attractively furnished, housing a large private pool and providing relaxing views over the surrounding unspoilt nature. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air-conditioning and design furnishing, Villa Guillona is the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday on Mallorca.
The villa is set over 2 floors, recently renovated to the highest standard with the aim to provide a superior holiday experience to our guests. On the groundfloor there are a lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. There are also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both share a family bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where a corridor leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi bath) and a twin bedroom and a family shower room. On the upper floor there is an attractive covered terrace with sofas and ping-pong table, providing unobstructed views over the Mallorcan countryside.
Beautiful gardens surround this traditionally designed stone villa complemented with a beautiful fountain. A perfect combination for a relaxing walk throught the gardens. The large private pool measures 8m x 4m (depth is between 0.8m - 2m) and access is via Roman Steps. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided to the guests.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

Die Finca befindet sich im Landesinneren abgelegen mit großem Grundstück. Sie hat alles was man braucht, es mangelt an nichts. Abends haben wir gegrillt und Tischtennis gespielt. Einfach wirklich super.

Eine Gartendusche draußen wäre noch perfekt. So müsste man nach dem Pool nicht immer direkt ins Bad rein. Etwas kompliziert war es auch dass man beim rausfahren ständig aus dem Auto aussteigen musste und den Code händisch eingeben. Hier wäre eine Fersee more

Für den Preis wäre ein täglicher Müll Abholer ideal.Gegen die Ameisenplage kann man womöglich nichts machen.
