Villa Son Morro is an exciting brand new property, finished to the highest standard and located close to the traditional town of Muro, yet in easy reach of the amazing sandy beaches of Alcudia bay. Set in an elevated position and offering sensational views to the surrounding countryside and the sea beyond, the villa is a true oasis of peace with plenty of added stylish touches such as a large pool, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor sauna and home automation appliances. With 3 bedrooms the villa can sleep up to 6 guests.
Inside, the luxury Villa Son Morro is set over one floor and is fully air-conditioned. There is a wonderful lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area, offering floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels), modern appliances and great views. Extensive terraces, accessed from the lounge, provide plenty of options for outdoor dining. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all spacious and beautifully furnished with taste and style. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room while the remaining 2 bedrooms (respectively a double and a twin) share a family shower room. For further enjoyment, there is a separate sauna with its shower, sink and toilet: a true rarity for a private villa!
Above the villa, accessed via a flight of steps, there is a large terrace with generously sized private pool (measuring 12m x 6m – depth between 1.1m and 2m), comfortable sunbeds awning for shade, cabanas and even an outdoor jacuzzi! From the pool patio there are extensive, unobstructed views to the valley below and the Mediterranean sea beyond.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen.
