Villa Xenet is an attractive and spectacular villa set in a private location, offering stunning views over the Mallorcan countryside. Built in local stone and particularly spacious, with excellent opportunities for outdoor and indoor living, the villa also has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue perfect for al-fresco dining.
The entrance hall leads into a nicely furnished lounge/dining room with doors opening out to a patio. There is a traditional, fully fitted kitchen with doors leading out to a terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining. To the right of the lounge, steps lead down to a TV room, which also has doors leading outside. A WC for guests is also available.
Stairs lead up to a twin bedroom and further stairs lead up to a further twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a split-level full bathroom. Further stairs lead up to a further twin bedroom with doors out to terrace and en suite, split-level, full bathroom. The beds can be joined on request to become doubles. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The magnificent pool area is accessed by doors from the kitchen, lounge and TV room. There is also a covered barbecue terrace with table and chairs and a sofa - perfect for a relaxing drink or meal, while taking in the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The gardens surrounding the pool and outdoor eating areas are on different levels.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

Quiet seclusion away from crowds.

The Villa was ideal once we found it. Arrived very late and the place was completely in the dark. The following morning and in daylight things got better and Villa, grounds and pool were great. The pool is quite deep. Nice shady areas with good seatisee more

As we arrived late the lights had gone off and everything was very dark. A couple of bottles of water would have been nice to greet us. All the doors in the Villa upstairs need attention as they drag noisily on the floor. A/C in two bedrooms made regsee more
