Villa Son Ferragut de Baix is a stylish, spacious villa with four air-conditioned bedrooms, surrounded by olive trees and almond groves with unobstructed views towards the Tramuntana mountains. A truly beautiful location in the most unspoilt area of Mallorca! With beautifully furnished interiors, a great location in the outskirts of the town of Sa Pobla and a large swimming pool, Villa Son Ferragut de Baix is set to impress.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been finished to the highest standard with the aim to provide an unforgettable holiday experience. Double doors open into the large entrance hall with a beautiful winding staircase (as well as an amazing chandelier light) to the upstairs bedrooms. You can then access from the hall to the very well appointed lounge (with sliding doors leading out a beautiful covered terrace and extensive garden overlooking the Tramuntana mountains). From the lounge, sliding doors lead through to a stunning dining area. A second set of sliding doors lead to the very modern kitchen and breakfast area. A door takes then out to the rear dining terrace, pool and garden area: a fantastic place for al-freso dining!
To the right of the entrance hall there is also a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the rear terrace. To the left of the entrance hall there is a separate WC and a large garage/utility room.
From the hallway, the amazing sweeping staircase leads up to a gallery-styled landing area. On the upper floor there is a twin bedroom with balcony and en-suite walk-in-shower room.There's also the master bedroom suite with a flat screen TV and a large separate dressing area with full length mirror and plenty of hanging space, en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, walk-in-shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath.There is access to the shared terrace offering amazing countryside views. The fourth bedroom is a twin bedroom with en suite walk-in-shower room and access to the panoramic terrace.
The large swimming pool, mosaic-tiled, is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn. The gardens offer amazing views to the surrounding countryside, together with a great privacy and seclusion, yet being in easy reach of lovely traditional towns and sandy beaches. Sunbeds are provided for the guests, and a brick-built barbecue is available for delicious charcoal grilled meals.

Finding the villas was the only tricky part of our stay. The instructions are hard to follow - if you could include a map and a photo if the front gates that would be helpful. Other than that, nothing to improve.

El estar en un entorno rural es maravilloso pero no justifica que la finca no esté bien vallada y hemos tenido que echar 2 veces al rebaño de 20 cabras de la finca anexa que entraba por una zona del vallado para beber agua de la piscina durante el dísee more
El estar en un entorno rural es maravilloso pero no justifica que la finca no esté bien vallada y hemos tenido que echar 2 veces al rebaño de 20 cabras de la finca anexa que entraba por una zona del vallado para beber agua de la piscina durante el día y la noche..no es muy agradable bañarse luego en ese agua ni esquivar en el jardín los “regalos” que dejaban....por eso no recomiendo esta casa.
