Description
Villa Blau has a beautiful decoration, it is in a central location and it is an excellent choice for your Majorca villa holiday.
The shops, restaurants, water-park and marina of Alcudia are all within easy reach. Keen beach goers will also love the expansive sandy bay, ideal for lazy days spent relaxing in the sun. The historic old town and bistros at the stylish marina are also well worth a visit. This delightful 4 bedroom villa also includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.
There is plenty of on-street parking space for your car if you choose to hire one. The entrance to this charming villa is adjacent to the swimming pool
The contemporary lounge is brightly furnished, with a flat screen TV and an archway opening into the dining area with a table and chairs for 8.
The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and has all mod cons for a relaxing stay. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has a door onto the exterior dining area at the back of the house if you choose to eat outside. A small, external utility area is situated to the side of the villa.
Villa Blau has 2 double bedrooms, each with their own en suite shower room. The twin bedroom and single bedroom share a shower room adjacent to the lounge.
Outside, the private swimming pool is situated invitingly at the front of the villa, surrounded by a sun terrace, ideal for sunbathing in the warm weather. The BBQ and dining area is towards the back of the house, ideal for enjoying an alfresco meal.
Villa Blau can sleep up to 7 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

The villa was clean and very pretty. The kitchen contained all the required utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the villa easily accomodated 5 adults. The outdoor areas were well maintained. The pool was cleaned every 2-3 days see more

He was very friendly and helpful The villa was in a central location with a local shop approx 300m away and two supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. The main port area containing restaurants was around a 20 minute walk away.

The pool table needs to be under a shaded area as the metal was very hot to touch during the day and could be a problem if young children were in the villa.

It was easy to find, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and with everything you need for a great holiday. The location was a short walk to shops, beach and restaurants but it was peaceful lying by the pool. The owner was great coming to get the see more

Deberían de dejar más cosas básicas, como papel higiénico, lavavajillas, sal, etc. Tuvimos que comprar de todo lo básico que dejamos allí, cosa que harán otros huéspedes. El agua caliente de las duchas va bastante mal, sale caliente y a los pocos minsee more
