Villa Es Povet is a surprising new addition to our programme: uniquely located just 800m from the walled center of Alcudia and 1.2km away from the sandy beach of Puerto d'Alcudia, this is the ideal holiday home for those who want relax in a quiet environment yet without the need of relying constantly on a car. With 2 bedrooms, air-conditioning through, private swimming pool and gardens, Villa Povet Alcudia can comfortably accommodate its guests in newly renovated interiors, decorated in soft pastel colors and full of light with the added bonus of a truly perfect location close to town, beaches, as well as entertainment.
Inside, the villa is conveniently set over one floor and comprises an open plan kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, one family bathroom. The air-conditioned lounge (sofas, satellite TV, wi-fi internet) with adjoining kitchen and dining area has been furnished with taste and style. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) and a shaded, furnished terrace at the front of the villa provides the chance to dine outside while admiring the pool and the views. The renovated, welcoming bedrooms have respectively a double bed and a single bed. Both of them are air-conditioned with individual control for additional comfort. The family bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The outdoor areas of Villa Es Povet are set to impress: providing excellent privacy and a newly designed private swimming pool, this is the ideal place to spend lazy hours enjoying the sun and the breeze. The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and is surrounded by extensive sunbathing terraces equipped with comfortable sunbeds. Additionally, for the lovers of outdoor dining, a fantastic barbecue with adjoining traditional oven is available.

For extra safety of our guests, the villa is provided with an advanced security system with sensors and 2 surveillance cameras (one in the garden, one in the entrance). For the privacy of our guests, of course, the cameras are only active when the system is activated by the guests and the house is empty.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.

Tienen alarma entonces me sentí muy segura ahí, nos relajamos muchísimo y desconectamos voy a volver sin dudarlo.
