Description
Villa Nogués is a townhouse offering comfortable holiday accommodation with everything needed for a memorable holiday right on your doorstep.
It is situated just a short stroll from the lovely beaches and amenities of Cala San Vicente. Cala San Vicente offers a surprisingly wide variety of cafes and restaurants with the nearest located just across the street. Two very popular fish restaurants, noted for their fabulous Paellas, are an amble away, close to the beach, and there is a very handy mini market that provides everything required for a self-catering holiday.
Inside, the house is modern and spacious with new furnishings throughout, air-conditioned bedrooms and a modern kitchen.
The lounge is bright, airy, and high ceilings, it has nice sofas, a flat screen TV with satellite. Patio doors allow plenty of natural light to flood the space and give access to the pool from dining room to the terrace.
Kitchen has all the modern amenities for cooking those delicious meals. It has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.
There are 5 bedrooms on the ground floor, a double bedroom, and four twin bedrooms, as well as 3 bathrooms in total in the villa.
There are covered terraces to wine and dine on or simply enjoy a holiday book and there is even a small, but lovely, swimming pool for those days when you can't choose which of the three beaches to walk.
Villa Nogues can sleep up to 10 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.

Puede ser que una limpieza cada 3/4 días en estadías largas podría darle un plus a todo el paquete que ya es excelente y hacerlo superador.
