Take your time in our fully equipped kitchen while chatting with family members in the stylish living room, where they can enjoy satellite TV and wifi. Two sliding glass doors light up the entire room, from which you can access a double bedroom with queen-size bed and a family bathroom with an accessible shower.
The first floor has three further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double double bed with window and en-suite bathroom. An additional family bathroom is shared by two twin bedrooms, both with sliding glass doors leading to a balcony overlooking the stunning Albufera.
Outside, one can enjoy a leisurely swim, have a barbecue under the porch or simply lie in the sun and forget about everything. The guest has a bathroom and a laundry room accessible from the patio, even an outdoor shower with hot water by the pool.
The property has air conditioning and a pellet cooker. The air conditioning is available for fourteen hours a day, the considered "rest hours": from 14h to 16h and from 20h to 8h.
