Villa Alfonsa is a welcoming and modern one-bedroomed villa with private swimming pool, ideal for a romantic couple, perfectly set in a truly unique position just 400m away from the old town of Pollensa (with its wide array of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops..). Stylishly furnished and provided with extensive private gardens, Alfonsa is a truly impressive property in one of the best locations of the island!
The interiors of the villa have been completely renovated to offer an unforgettable holiday experience. Inside, the villa is set over one floor and comprises a comfortable lounge / dining room with doors opening to a terrace, a modern well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room.
Outside, there is an inviting private swimming pool, surrounded by private gardens with lawn, fruit trees, shrubs and equipped with comfortable sunbeds. The pool has Roman Steps into it and is beautifully lit at night. There is a pleasant terrace at the front of the villa, with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. Villa El Fonso is definitely a perfect property for couples, difficult to find anywhere else on the island!

The place is modern and stylish and suits a couple perfectly. It was presented very clean. The pool is attractive and although cold we swam every day. Kitchen fully equipped.
