Perfect for couples or small families, Villa Juan is an idyllic and cozy country house located close to the old town of Pollensa. Inside, the villa is set over one floor and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning and attractive furnishing. Outside the guests can enjoy spacious terraces, well kept gardens and a lovely private pool.
The accommodation is all on ground floor level. Access to the property is via a covered terrace which itself is the perfect living space to enjoy outside dining. The entrance door takes you inside to a large open-plan room combining the lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Villa Juan is a lovely small villa in a great location. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need for a great holiday. The garden and pool are beautiful and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the bbq and the table tennissee more

A nice, traditional-style villa in a very peaceful area. Only a short drive from Pollença old town and local shops. Very clean throughout. A good sized swimming pool and a beautiful and well-maintained garden.

Recomendaciones para mejorar si cabe la experiencia, creo que ayudaría que la televisión fuera smart TV, y quizás alguno de los sofas fueran algo mas grandes para tumbarse.
