Description
The 2-bedroomed Villa Totxa is a delightfully pretty and sweet holiday home with private pool ideally located in the countryside outside Pollensa Town. Offering beautifully furnished interiors full of Mallorcan charm, spacious gardens with excellent privacy, air-conditioning and modern facilities, this stone-built villa is the perfect choice for a couple or a small family looking for a relaxing holiday yet in close proximity to facilities as well as sandy beaches which are just a short drive away.
Inside, the villa is set over one floor and carefully mixes modern comforts with traditional elements. There is a comfortable lounge with air-conditioning Free air conditioning, sofas, satellite TV (free channels), DVD player, dining facilities as well as direct access to the outside pool patio. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of any kind of meals (there is also a dedicated laundry room with washing machine + sink). There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin. The master double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room while the twin bedroom is located next to a family bathroom with bathtub.
Outside, the villa has large gardens perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, playing. The private swimming pool, offering great privacy, measures 7m x 4m (depth between 1m and 1.7m, entry via Roman Steps). Comfortable sunbeds and provided and shaded areas are available when needed. A spacious terrace with dining table and built-in barbecue is available. Private parking within the grounds.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

Schön gelegene Villa mit tollem Pool

Schöne Finca, die abseits liegt aber dennoch ist das Zentrum von Pollenca schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist ok, das Bett ist mit einer guten Matratze ausgestattet. Wir haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht und kommen auf jeden Fall einmal wisee more

Für den schönen Poolbereich könnten bequemere Liegen angeschafft werden. In der Küche haben Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. ein Schneidebrett, kleines Messer und Korkenzieher gefehlt. Weiterhin könnte an der Sicherheit des Hauses etwas gemacht werden. Die Küsee more
Für den schönen Poolbereich könnten bequemere Liegen angeschafft werden. In der Küche haben Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. ein Schneidebrett, kleines Messer und Korkenzieher gefehlt. Weiterhin könnte an der Sicherheit des Hauses etwas gemacht werden. Die Küchentür war nur durch einen einfachen Schieberiegel geschlossen. Wenn jemand gewollt hätte, wäre man mit einem Stoß in der Villa. Die Radio-CD-Anlage war leider oder Stecker also kein Stromanschluss.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Lage aber dennoch zentral. Reibungsloser Ablauf und sehr saubere Finca. Haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt.

Die Einzelbetten sind sehr kurz. Trotz meiner nur 1,73 sind meine Füße an der Bettkante gewesen.

Het sanitair. De douche wisselde steeds van warm naar koud en de wc spoelde niet goed door / bleef doorlopen.
De airco verkoelde het hele huis niet echt goed door de plaatsing.

Uns hat der Urlaub gut gefallen. Genau das Richtige zum Entspannen und für sich sein. Die Finca befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut. Man hat alles, was man benötigt. Toll, dass zwischendurch noch einmal die Handtüsee more
Uns hat der Urlaub gut gefallen. Genau das Richtige zum Entspannen und für sich sein. Die Finca befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut. Man hat alles, was man benötigt. Toll, dass zwischendurch noch einmal die Handtücher getauscht wurden und die Badezimmer sauber gemacht wurden. Der Kontakt über easyvillas war jederzeit sehr unproblematisch und sehr freundlich!

Leider war bei unser Ankunft nicht alles so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Wir wunderten uns, dass während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes von 12 Tagen der Pool gar nicht gesäubert wurde. Auch der Rasen war zum Ende hin schon etwas braun und ausgetrocknet. Hätten wir gewusst, wie die Rasensprenger funktionieren, hätten wir abends sonst auch schnell den Rasen etwas bewässert.
